Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. . .
I am here for you, be it heartbreak, death of a loved one, problems at work, difficult family relationships or stuck places & blocks. Life just isn't going the way you hoped. I consider "problems" an indicator of new development, or what Jung calls individuation. For example, a problem of some sort, be it anger, substance abuse, or depression, is a "call" to look deeper in to what is going on in your life. It is an opportunity, not a failure. I practice mindful listening to help you articulate your issues, needs and goals. This develops more clarity on how you find more creativity, joy, & healing.
I have been a Psychotherapist for over 30 years. I have studied and practiced mindfulness and trained as a Jungian analyst for 3 years. My work with patients and life itself has taught me the depth of human suffering & its ability to be transformed into joy, hope, and healing.
I welcome all to my practice. Over the years I have found people appreciate a healing relationship, one they can trust and feel comfortable and at ease with. I listen carefully so that I can hear what it is you are truly facing.
Together we will find your way forward.
